Yep...made by Mr. Cornfed Suspension himself and welded on at his house. Saved my butt on numerous occasions on the rocks. I should have never sold that truck.

North of Silverton is one of the starting points for the Alpine loop. In six weeks I seriously doubt you will be able to make it too far since most of the trails are not plowed until mid June. You might be able to make it up to Animas Forks North of Silverton but I doubt much farther unless there is a huge warm up in the mountains.

This was on Monday right outside of Ouray on Camp Bird Mine (part of Imogene Pass). We made it pretty far up but came to a narrow corner with a large ice sheet and about a 500' drop off one side with the trail not much wider than 8-10'.

I have drove thru Colorado several times, I'm sure there are plenty of scenic places to video and take pic's of. It is a beautiful state. What about Wolf Creek Pass, is it open all year?

Yes and no. We went over it with no problem last year but the next day they had 4' of snow. By the time you go it shouldn't be a problem. Most of the main passes are plowed quickly. CO. has that taken care of.

Extremely good site to use. It is updated every few mins and you can look at the cameras on top of the passes to see what it looks like and make your decision before you attempt the drive over.

Molas Pass was plowed with no snow when we went over on Tues. The next day there was between 2-3' of snow.
