    Well, the BCAA ratio in the ON is prob diff than what you ordered too...ur stressing too much over this...if it works for you then keep at it..if not, then don't purchase it again.

    Going to the gym for the first time in like 5 years today. I hike and walk around a lot but we shall see how this goes.

    I'll be going with some friends which will help but if I end up solo because I like getting up early I'm not sure what to do. I know people talk about working different sections of the body different days. Anyone give me some examples of a weekly schedule or routine? Fitness and the gym aren't really my thing so I don't know much about how all that works. I rather ask here the listening to a two hour lecture for my fitness model friends. Lol

    It's amazing. I try to change my workouts every 3 months or so, but I've been designing mine around this program for years. After three months, you can change what body parts you do together, the specific exercises, and the rep ranges to keep your muscles confused.
