I have a bad idler bearing so I want to replace them all, local parts store don't have pulleys in stock so I think I'm going to get the bearings and reuse the pulleys, I know the upper pulley bearings are 6302rmx, can anyone tell me the number on the lower pulley bearing and the tensioner pulley bearing?

I know I can order the drive belt kit from rockauto but I can buy the bearings locally with no wait time and no shipping, any help is appreciated.

I've been down this path before, here's an old post I dug up on the topic. If you have better luck locating the bearings, return the favor and share your source.:)

The idlers (on my 2006 V6 anyway, all original to the best if my knowledge) use Koyo 6302RMX ball bearings. They are the same dimensions as a common 6302 2RS, except with a 10mm bore instead of the common 15mm. Both upper idlers use one (1) each, but the lower idler uses two (2) for a grand total of four (4).

The tensioner uses an NSK BD17-31DUM, which is a double row ball bearing, so one (1) only.

But, googling these numbers indicates that the numbers are proprietary bearing numbers and not readily available. Sorry for the false hope. For the three idlers a spacer could be made to use 6302 2RS bearings, but unless you have a lathe and time on your hands, or have better luck finding premade spacers than I have, buying a decent aftermarket idler is going to be cheaper. It seems most of the aftermarket pulleys are built with a spacer already, so if it ever failed again the next round would be easy. I don't have the tensioner pulley bearing dimensions, it is possible something could be matched up if you had the measurements.

That seams to be the general consensus, from what I've read the lower and the tensioner pulley are the same, probably just going to buy new pulleys

White, debadged, Mudflaps removed, ICON 2.5 in front, 2.0 in rear, all 4 corners have reservoirs, Spidertrax wheel spacers all around, BAMF bolt on sliders, Avid lightbar, oem transmission cooler converted to power steering cooler, aftermarket transmission cooler eliminating all oem transmission cooler stuff, remote mounted spin on transmission fluid filter TrueTrac rear differential, rear diff housing vented and filtered into left side bed box, URD MAF calibrator, Volant intake scoop into oem airbox, second filter removed, airbox internals smoothed, blended and polished throttle body, NST intake manifold spacer, Wet Okolee set covers, WeatherTech Digital Fit mats, inexpensive JVC single DIN, Scangage, AVS Stepshield door sill protectors, Doug Thorley Long Tube Headers, URD Y pipe with O2 sims.
Pull them apart, pop the seals, flush out the old grease and repack them with quality low viscosity bearing grease like Mobil 1 or similar. I've done this in an effort to keep some cars going and was surprised at how long the regrease lasted.
