Until you try one, it's hard to make the sale... They're just fun, makes you feel like you're 10yrs old. Endless traction, lots of squish make a great ride.

No point in owning one in Texas but they look cool and you can run over everything.

Check your local bike shops (especially if you have an REI or Performance near you) for 2013 close outs. There are some good deals to be found if you look. Also check Pinkbike (website) for private sales in your area. Stay away from box store bikes (Dick's, Sports Authority).

Fezzari bikes... Descent components and killer deals compared with bikes that are similar build ups/specs. Been riding the crap outta mine for 2 years now and still holdin' up like a champ. I was sketched out about them at first cause I couldn't find much feed back on them, but i'm glad i got it rather than a "name brand" used bike. Lovin' it every time I ride.

Finally got out of town and shook the new off the AnthemX 29er on a 4 day camping/biking trip this past wknd. Lots of day and night riding but not many pics. Here is a shot during a preride Friday of a 15 mile loop set up for race on Saturday and run on Sunday..................

Bike was stellar. Had no issues whatsoever other than the time flew by too fast. Finally a bike I can hammer on and my legs be what is beat up after riding hard 4 days in a row instead of other stuff.

Yeah if it came down to it and I was buying right now I'd have to opt for the more manly color LOL. I can't have a bike painted in a "prettier" color than my lady's haha.

Looking at the redesigned geo on this Nomad starts to make sense of the Bronson's "middle of the road" geo. This new Nomad is def geared more for the downhill riders... Way more slack seat tube and head tube angles and lower bb height from the previous Nomad by about 0.6". I love it.

2 things might be hard to swallow for some folks though:
    1) only available in carbon
    2) not front derailleur compatible anymore---the push for 1x drivetrain 27.5" wheel bikes is strong with this Nomad
