On my cuts, I usually cut out the red meat, so I can eat a lot more of something else, since it's so high in fat and calories. I do usually incorporate it into my weekly cheat meal (usually a big ass steak). Yeah, I'm not stressing it anymore. I'm just gonna do 5g intra-workout and 5g before bed with my shake. I got 60 servings for $26, which will last ~30 days, so it's not a HUGE waste if it doesn't do much for me. I'll prob just continue using it throughout my cut, just to be safe.

There is a reason you are so tiny pattycakes;) The reason I have been shrinking is cuz I ahve been unmotivated like a mother fucker since December.
Which gym you gonna start hittin alex? I need a spotter so I can have motivation to go more often.

Ordered some Combat last night from Muscle and Strength. I had a 10% off coupon code and instead of the 2lb I got the 4lb milk chocolate. Hopefully I will like it as good as the ON gold stardard that I've been taking. Been just buying the 2lb tubs of ON.

My "full" can of C4....I know that it's still 30 servings, but why waste all that damn space? I guess putting it in a dip can-sized container like it belongs isn't as marketable :notsure:

I PR'd on chest again last night. 175! I was so pumped

I weighed in at 159 this morning too...also very excited about that. 160 was my first goal. Next up is 170lbs while also training for trail races. Hello calorie dense/carb city...haha

My guess is it's got something to do with marketing and being able to have the logo bigger.

Let me know how this goes. I've been thinking about doing this for a while, but I'm skeert. I've got 2 friends that have been doing it for a few months and said they've both put on .5" on their arms. Seems to me like them bad boys would need to rest between workouts...at least the tri's, anyway.

They go by weight and fill it up x amount. It settles and yeah.

Part of a big can is marketing. Easier to get your hand into as well.

For every minute that passes...you look more and more like me. That's good, because I am a sexy devil, but that's bad because I haz no gainz.
