    I don't know what rear you have.

    But if you have the 8" rear housing yes it will work.

    Dgerm, that locker is for the 8" turbo/V6. You need the
    $1,110 RD129 Air Locking Differential
    RD129 for your "8.4" which is actually an 8" ring gear, but definitely different than the 4 cyl. turbo/v6 rear.

    ya he bought it and never installed it, and is now moving out of school. The only thing I am worried about it the lack of knowledge regarding miles driven on it

    Dudes got a typo. They don't make a RD23, at least it's not in their applications list. So it has to be the RD132 if it came from the 4runner.

    Nope, no typo. ARB does make a RD23, although it might have been discontinued as of now.

    The RD23 is for the 4Cyl and V6 fj80, fjz80 front axle. Otherwise known as the Turbo/V6 axle.
