First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
My All Pro rear bumper is poorly designed. Very disappointed, wish I'd gotten an ARB.

A metal trough behind the license plate collects water with no drainage (a.k.a. RUST). The "hidden" hitch is ridiculous, almost impossible to insert/remove hitch-pin. Had to weld on my own under the bumper.

License plate lights housings are rusted badly.

    Really a poorly engineered product.

    Buy ARB.

As of 10:53 a.m. no email. I'm still going to wait until after lunch before I call, just in case. But if I was lied to again, this is just nonsense.

Called All Pro, Ryan answered. Asked about receiving an email and he checked for an invoice. Told me it would be here Monday. Asked him to email the invoice...

And he came through and emailed it!

The invoice shows everything that I ordered correctly, so I'm hopeful... Should be here next Monday.

Lead time is what you call it when you give them a time frame at the time of the order, I think this should be called a delay, and lack of communication. Kudos for apologizing, but you should actually accept the blame on this rather than pass it off as a mutual mistake. Before I get criticized, I work in customer service and understand the difficulty in providing the expected service to everyone, but in the end, no matter the reason or personal feelings, sometimes the best thing to do is just say I'm sorry it happened and leave it at that.

So much fucked in here lol

I too had a shitty experience when i used all-pro for my rear suspension. Two of their employees told me that my stock u-bolts would work with my new leafs etc....what do you know, they didn't work. And Napa was closed, so i had to pause the install and get new u-bolts the next day. They also forgot to ship my extended brake line. I had to call and ask where it was....

Well, on the upside it is a solid built bumper. I just drilled a drain hole for that trough behind the license plate.

If you don't plan to put a tow hitch on and off much you'll love the bumper. Great approach angles!
