I just saw this and is this the same that came out a while ago the 3 stage fix all of which never worked? Or is this something new? If it is new whats the link to the TSB as I would love to show my dealer again

so I'm sorry because this has almost certainly been asked, but does either of these tsb's cover trucks with a 6-speed. I don't know what code corresponds with my trans but I know I have the symptoms and my dealer even acknowledged I have vibes but is refusing to fix it because they say 6-speed trucks are not covered by this tsb

They had to order everything for mine too, first the steering damper/motor/tranny mount, then after realizing it didn't do anything they said they'd order the springs. He said it might take longer because it's a 2013, but i'm wondering if maybe the degrees on mine are just so strange it takes longer and it's not the "normal" spring they're replacing it with? I think i'm gonna call again tomorrow and see if I can get any update besides "We haven't got it in yet"

Once the dealer replaced the first two items and verified new springs were needed, it took less than a week for them to get the new springs in. Then took them about 2.5 hours to finish from dropoff to pickup.

read through many of these pages and didn't see anything. Could anyone chime in if they know that the solution to this thread with the ECGS fix relates to this vib or shudder?
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2n...nt-differential-bearing-vibration-thread.html

I will not be getting any TSB since I just put on my 3" lift and the shudder got a little worse from 5-10 mpg range. I am just wondering if any of you guys have went this route and it solved any problems before I even start looking into aftermarket driveshafts etc.

    Thanks

Had the tsb done for the leafs a week ago, I was out of warranty but was lucky enough to have a good friend who is the service manager at a Toyota dealerdhip pull some strings and it fixed my vibes along with the truck not bottoming out with hitting certain size potholes and bumps...my leafs were shot, the truck rides like night and day, stiff but not over the top...the way it should've been when they made these. Hope you all have good luck!

Someone also asked if there was any height difference between the two. My stock leaf pack was less than 4 months old and there was no difference in my measurement compared to the tsb leaf pack.

did you have the 4 leaf pack to begin with?

I got right at an inch of height increase from my 2+1 pack on my 5 month old 2013 trd off road when they put in the new 3+1 leaf pack.

I had an increase in height, at least 1" maybe more since my 2+1 pack was extremely flat according to myself and the dealership. I didn't measure before but just by looking I could tell a difference in the height.
