    They are 100% 4.5 BS. I know because it took me nearly a year to find a 17x8 wheel with 4.5 BS that I liked and almost as long when I went down to a 16" wheel with same width and BS. John's wheels probably aren't 8" wide.

    After you told me the standards were back ordered I tried to tell the shop but they didnt listen to me & told me they were on the way. Today when they were supposed to be here I get a call to tell me they're not coming, on backorder & won't ship til the 29th. I told them to get me the expos so looks like another damn week.

    Well if I tried to fit 35's on the 4R I would never be able to sell it. And they are way too small for the Tacoma.

    First world problems.

    Okay, I just had something seriously weird happen. I was turning from a stop sign, and immediately making another turn on to my street. Only about 150 feet between them so I didn't even change out of first gear. When I turned on to my street, I romped on it a little checking to see if the rear end was solid since I just changed my ubolts. Then it happened. The throttle appeared to stick open. I stomped in the pedal once and it came back down, but then the engine was running really funky like it had dropped a couple cylinders. I pulled into my driveway and noted that the tach said it was idling way low at around 500 RPMs. I revved it to about 3000 RPMs and let off and suddenly everything was back to normal. It was running smooth, idling at about 800 RPMs, nothing unusual.

    WTF was that? What's going on? :confused::confused::confused:

    Edit: oh, and there was no CEL or anything.

    That would futher contaminate it.

    But really it sounds like a seonsor issue. Maybe try cleaning your MAF? Hard to tell what would work if it doesnt do it again

    Ive got an alignment question for you guys.

    So I took my truck to get an alignment after I put my new rack on and they got everything back in spec, including my caster. And after I got my truck back I noticed I had the taco lean going on so I took a tape measure to the rear frame and im an inch lower on my drivers side.

    So my question is, can changing the amount of caster affect the hight of the front end?

    Also if I crank my drivers side up is that going to change more then just my camber or wil it effect the toe?

    Just cleaned the MAF a few weeks ago when I did my plug change and it's been running fine since then...better than it was before the plug change so I don't think that had anything to do with it. Could still be a sensor I guess if it's going bad. Unsure how that would make it appear that the throttle was stuck open though, but it could be the reason for it running like it dropped a couple cylinders.
