    Lost track many, many mods ago.
    I have a 3" body lift currently and I am experiencing leaf sag to the extreme and I was wondering if AAL can be added to a body lift without doing any damage to anything? I don't think it can but I want to make sure before I buy the AAL.

    An AAL will be fine. Nothing will happen. Its better if you buy a full size AAL and not a short one.

    I was looking at the Fat Bob's Garage ones as well as the Fab-Tech ones. Will either of those be okay?

    Engage Offroad long travel front and rear with some fat tires.
    if ya throw a long AAL on the rear, your truck will sit like a dragster if you got no suspension lift up front...

    What do you recommend for front suspension? I know that coil overs are the way to go but what is the next best thing? I am trying to stay below $400 for both front an rear lifting....

Door buzzer silenced forever thank God, tinted windows, vent visors, hood protector(bug guard), ceramic pads and new rotors, dechromed EVERYTHING. 2" Lift front 3" rear. Skyjacker AAL's and replacement leafs(and front spacers) from Fatbobsgarage.com. Skyjacker 7000 Hydro rear shocks, those Bilstein 5100 fronts are coming soon!
    Fat Bob's is great, they have a 34" AAL. I bought a set of thier rear #3 spring replacements and a pro comp 2" top mount spacer set from them, great guys. I did however buy a set of Skyjacker AAL's from a local 4x4 shop. It made a world of difference. The ride is great, and it lifted the ass end up right where I wanted it to be.

    NOT a typo. Your bottom leaf is 38" long, this one will fit perfectly underneath it. My Skyjacker AAL is also 34", you do not want to get the short AAL anyone sells, it is only 21" long and will stress out the other leafs, trust me on this, you want to buy the long leaf at 34". I will get a picture on here later today for you of my leafs with the Skyjacker AAL installed so you can see how it fits.

    My 99' leaf springs sagged at around 140,000 miles.... i just put all new leafs and u-bolts under mine was like new then!
