lets not forget they charge delivery and there are only 3 dealers in the us. For delivery to NC they charge 525 on top, so its 9,020 for it delivered.

Made it to New Orleans from NH yesterday with my TT and the Tacoma worked excellent. Only got 9.25 MPG though, ouch. GPS said my average moving speed was 61 MPH with a top speed of 79. Considering the supercharger for some more HP's on the long wills where I had to drop it into 4th gear. However, I spent far more time in 6th than 4th but the majority was in 5th. My 33" BFG all terrains are not an ideal towing tire. Maybe I'll try another tire 1st.

so what do you think of this set up behind a tacoma? truck and trailer weight about 6500 lbs.. trailer does have brakes and the tacoma would have a trailer braking system as well. my only concern would be being able to stop quick if i were needed to

With just the truck and trailer weighing 6500lbs (assuming that does not include the bikes, gear etc.), that is the limit for these trucks. Stopping should be fine as long as you are always cautious.

Throwing those dirt bikes and camping gear in there and you will be overloaded and hate pulling it up any kind of hill, IMO.

My load pulls ok through the foothills in my area, but a supercharger and gears are on my wish list. I have not weighed my setup but guesstimate that I am pulling 6k lbs.

well my truck weighs just over 4000 and im assuming the trailer is anywhere from 2000-2500 so adding the bikes and gear would probably be another 700 lbs.

id be putting that 4.0 to work it looks like..
