You know... there are days when I feel like I'm in meetings where the subject matter is truely that ridiculous!

    Along the same lines...

Its like me (the enlisted guy with 6 years experiance) talking to an officer who just got out of the academy. Makes you want to rip your hair out.

Probably the same group of dipshits who can't go to a bar and put their phone down and have a drink with their friends. God forbid you miss a tweet or facebook post... Much better solution is having a little bit of will power and not being rude by having your nose buried in your phone all night while you're at the bar!

    HA!
I can't even text on my new phone. Takes too long to pound out a message with my thumbs. If it's more than a word or three I just call whoever I need to talk to.

My TW post are 99% from my iphone. Its pretty sad how our generation is so attached to our phones. When i go to work and forget my phone i feel strange, gives me anxiety lol. I am not to bad when i go out with friends or at work, there are alot of young guys i see who are literally on their phone every ten minutes.

I actually take some pride in the fact that the battery died in my old phone and I didn't notice for nearly a week. Honestly I probably would have gone longer without realizing it, but a buddy sent me an email and said he'd been trying to call me all week and it was going straight to voicemail (whoopsies).

I can forget it at home and not feel strange about it (which is a good thing, because I forget it on the kitchen counter a LOT). I've actually seriously considered getting a landline and canceling the cell phone entirely at several points in time, but I'm terrible at making plans in advance so the cell phone does come in useful on a regular basis.

I love when I forget my phone or it dies and I have no charger. It's one of the only times I can actually work uninterrupted

Anybody have any helpful tips on how to fix, touch up, cover, etc chips in the paint from small rocks and debris? In particular the very front of my hood.

I think duplicolor makes a little pen thing that has primer and paint that is color matched. Most auto parts stores have them. As far as protecting it, the 3m protection film works well, but isn't cheap. You can get like rolls of it to do like the leading edge of the hood, or take it to an installer and get the whole front end covered

Okay cool. I will have to look at Advanced or Autozone and see if they have it.

I know AutoZone has it. You just need to know your paint code, should be on the plate in your door jamb
