I haven't had a chance to check the forums lately but I'm still moving these parts out. We have a bunch of stuff shipping this week and a lot more in the works. We are working hard to get every outstanding order shipped out immediately and are finding our groove so feel free to hit me up if you see something you'd like!

 

Does my order happen to be one of those that are completed? Haven't heard from you in awhile!

I haven't heard from you in awhile either but here my Invoice #0227 and it was a minnie mouse emblem for a camry

 

It would be nice if you could tell me when the emblem I paid you for back in December would be done. Other times in emails I've sent asking its another few weeks or something has come up, or its something else. I'm a patient guy but this is no way to run a business. Please let me know as soon as possible about the completion date of my order, or if you can't do that, I'd like a refund because I'm not sitting here asking for another 3.5 months about this and not getting any straight forward answer.

When you didn't reply here I sent you a personal e-mail, which we have been using to communicate for the most part, I wanted to avoid calling you out on this forum for anything, I know a lot of people on here only do some of this type of work as a side hobby, but for others it has turned into a profession and I understand how hard it is to run your own business and all the things that could crop up to derail plans or expectations.

I e-mailed you April 26th, after getting nothing from you here, and not hearing anything from you for over a month before that...and we started this back in December, when I do hear back its oh it's been delayed here or its back at my apartment, let me see if my roommate can snap a picture so you'll see where its at. Or there was a delay at the fabricators. If it spent a month at each place this gets worked on its been to 5 shops so far! No follow ups no other information and every time its another excuse.

I specifically asked you to let me know WHERE in the process this is at, and when I can expect my product that I paid you for back in December when we started talking and that if you couldn't do that I would have to ask for a refund because this is no way to conduct business and I'm tired of not getting a simple answer that shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to figure out. You replied back with more reasons for the delay, out of town this time for 2.5 weeks, and none of the information I asked for.

Since posting on here I have had two other members contact me with the same issue with you.

I think your products look great and it's an awesome idea. But don't jerk me around with timeframes anymore and tell me what is going on. If you would have said from day one that this would take 5+ months I would have thought that was a little ridiculous but I would have known what to expect. As it is there was a time I mentioned hoping it would be done by a wheeling trip to show it off, you had mentioned that not being a problem, that it would probably be done in time but no promises, which was completely understandable, that was what, 3 months ago now? How could it maybe be done in time for that but isn't done today?

And in your reply to my 04/26/14 email, which you wrote on 04/27/14 you said you are diving back into it tonight and "see where we stand" It's been another 2+ weeks and nothing from you.


Where is this at?

When can I expect delivery?

I'm tired of asking the same questions and getting ignored or another excuse. If you can't answer me, then give me a refund, I don't want to deal with this anymore.

wow, I was interested in getting a punisher emblem but after reading the constant complaints I will definitely pass. Anybody else know where to get some emblems like these?

You will get your product...it just may take a while. He seems like a good guy, just apparently has a lot going on right now. He won't steal your money...

 

From what I can see there is no doubt about his product! But seriously.. its been 8 months now and how many people here would put up with this crap when promised delivery in a week. I have followed up numerous times and have given him the benefit of the doubt and head many excuses. What really pisses me off is it appears he is still selling emblems and taking orders while not delivering on previously orders paid up front.
I have done much business with TW vendors and received what I was promised with very good results. I recommend this vendor should be banned to protect the integrity of TW so that that this bad apple does not spoil the bunch. As a TW member, there is a code of trust of respect we place in each other and this is the foundation of TW.
Please refund my payment!!

I can't speak to the specific orders below. But I have ordered from MetalMiller (Andres) twice and recieved an outstanding product both times.
I did note that he processes orders in batches. He will collect orders until he gets X amount then run a manufacturing batch, process, and ship. This results in paying for an emblem and not receiving it for several months. Personally, the quality of the product for the price makes the wait worth it for me. There are vendors that will manufacture the item as soon as you order it and they are more expensive.

I don't think a ban is justified, but I do think people should be aware that when ordering with them it will be several months before you get it.
