It all started out like this:



But then the dragons came! During our escape through the woods my friend's clutch booster stuck and needed a few whacks to get everything in order again.

 

im sure it was only a flesh wound!

 

cluch booster?? what the flawk is that. If it's a clutch assistance tool then tell him to stop using his girly hands that'll fix it.

 

Well she wasn't comfortable tearing the clutch apart so I stepped in. It's basically a device that makes it easier to engage and disengage the clutch on the 950 Adventure. It sits on three tapered ramps that wear over time and it needs to be replaced. She shifted without the clutch and I think it wan't a clean shift so the trans lurched and caused the booster piece to get caught on the end of the ramps essentially making it impossible to disconnect the engine from the transmission.

Eventually I took it all apart and filed some of the wearing edges on the ramps down and it was all good to go. Her bike had about 45,000 miles on it at that point.

 

so i was right about two things little girl hands and 2 wheel problem

My girls night turned into a BBQ then a party.

2 girls and 3 guys. SO much for girls only hahah

 

5 people doesent sound like a party lol.

 

hahah around here thats what we do. Small gatherings. Wayyyy more fun and no drama only have huge parties once month or so lol

 

Hey I'm not against small get togethers! You're right, much less work. When you have big parties you actually have to pay attention to what's happening in your house. Which is no fun lol.

 

Once a month, either at full moon or when Aunt Flow is visiting...

 

Exactly. I think its more fun, definetely felt like a party though. work is a struggle today

 

You consumed the wrong amount of alcohol then. You either needed to drink a little less or a lot more

 

i used to throw some killer house parties by my walls are made of concrete so not much could get broken. then bam cops get called they know my first name off the top of their heads and i pay a $400 dollar fine and that all ends.

 

I prefer A LOT less haha
