    Seriously, what do you guys do to keep your biceps plump like that? I work out arms weekly, just like chest, back, tris, etc, and they never seem to stay big :(

    I just realized that I am on ON products as well, SOB. We are a walking billboard for those mafuckas, if we all signed a letter petitioning for a tank I think you could get it Corey. Shit my freshman year of highschool I wrote to Harley Corp asking for anything and got a 50 dollar binder from them for free, another chick in my class wrote to them and only got pencils LULZ.

    Fuck you Zach, your arms are bigger then mine.:(
