    Tailgate latch feels flimsy
But the worst... Toyota paint. Wish I had some left

I my all time record is over 400 miles on a tank, over 23mpg. Not lifted, but dang good for an add 4wd truck. This was driving in 4th and 5th gear around 60mph through the Colorado mountains.

X2!!!!! Video or this didn't happen...... :stirthepot:

My complaint is not the location of the filter but the orientation of it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to change the filter without getting oil everywhere (Even with the plastic bag because yes I do that).

And the Dash rattle. Mine comes and goes.

As for the 3.4, I think it's great. This truck is the first toyota I have ever owned. I came from ford... I had an f150 with the 5.4, and an 08 F250 SD. Does the 3.4 lack power....well compared to the two trucks I've had previously...yes. However, I think it's paired perfectly with my tacoma for what the tacoma is. Also, I've got 185K miles on it and it purrs like a kitten. Idles smooth, shifts smooth, NO CEL's, and when something does fail....parts are CHEAP!

cruise control on the back of the wheel.. i hit it with my knee getting into the truck, its in the way of steering with my leg. oh and dash rattle, seatbelt doesnt retract. under powered and still only gets 16-17 mpg. sled or quad doesnt fit between the wheel wells in the bed. weak leafs. 500 pounds squats the truck. what clock?? haha.

i have never dropped a drip of oil during oil changes. of course, i take it to a quick change place for 20 bucks and have them do it. And yea, i sit and watch them like a hawk and tell them to put down the adjustable wrench sometimes lol
