Alright, does anyone have one of those eBay billet grills? Theres one on there for $130 for a 5 piece set (Scoop, upper, lower, and side wings). It looks pretty cool but 2 things concern me: Quality and appearance.

The one I'm looking at is the one made out of "aircraft grade aluminum" with the polished 1/2" billet grill pieces and the black powder coated surround. The grill looks good in the picture; there are a lot of different sellers carying these things and near as I can tell they all look the same. The grill has vertical support braces behind the polished part and I'm wondering if these are really noticeable or not.

Lastly, is the quality pretty good on these things or should I just put that $130 towards a grillcraft. Thanks for the input.

Let me tell you this now before you get screwed over: DO NOT buy the eBay grill. It will not sit flush on your factory grill.

Instead, buy a billet from T-Rex grilles. <---Very high quality grilles. You can even order them already powdercoated. You also have other options too such as Grillcraft or Carriage Works

I bought one from ebay, a T-REX one with that T6 aircraft GRade aluminum.... Horrible fukin fit. I had to angle grind the sides it was to fukin wide, then grind off some of the excess weld also did a lot of bending to get the tabs right. But the finished product looked fine.

    Whats up HSG100,

Dude thanks so much for the reply. I have to say, those pictures look prettys sweet. I thought the T-Rex grill was the mesh one that looked like it was off a bentley or something.
