You're still doing high reps like them though. Which leads to hypertrophy, bigger muscles, and good looks. High rep pull-ups, squats, push-ups, etc.... Hell, I remember when the main site posted a workout with bent over rows. The backlash/comments on that was hilarious.

It's just sooooo easy to get a CFer riled up about CF. It's fun. Another reason I make fun of it.

i get what you mean i guess it kinda depends, most workouts are usually upwards off 15 reps which would be more in the muscle endurance/stage 4. shit some are as high as 300 (murph) the general hypertrophy rep range is 8-12reps 3-5sets 70-85% 1rm 60sec rest (NASMs stage 3/hypertrophy of there OPT model) but i guess there is kinda shaky ground there cuz its hard to factor rest, and weight percentages into the xfit workouts since if done rx they are pre assigned weights that will be lighter or heavier considering on the person. iv just always considered body building the typical 8-12 rep range of very muscle specific movements done slower to more "shape" the muscle.

You're the one who asked. No need to get sarcastic because I answered in the affirmative.

I'll say this: I have immense respect for anyone who goes to train in any gym in a serious manner. Whether it be a globo-gym, a powerlifting gym, a weightlifting gym, a gymnastics center, a high school track, etc. It all takes serious drive and determination. And it doesn't matter to me what their end goal is. It's THEIR end goal, not mine. In fact, if they are one of my athletes, I will do everything I can to help them reach their goal in the safest/most efficient way possible (notice safety comes first in the hierarchy of importance).

All I ask is for the same respect. You don't have to agree with my end goal. You don't even have to like it. You also don't have any reason to trash talk it or disrespect it. I wonder what makes people so worried about what I'm doing anyways.
