I'll be spraying in an 10x10 plastic enclosed paint booth. I would be high as a kite... or in the hospital...

Depending on where you gonna spray, I would suggest plastic and a respirator. I caught some flack earlier cause I was gonna use a respirator. Made a 10x10 spray booth outside as it is very windy at my house and my garage is technically a salon (wife). Sprayed 3 cans of primer and 4 cans of truck liner. Had my mask off for 1 can of the liner. Came in to clean up, started ccoughing and hacking out mucus mixed with black paint... blow my nose... Black paint.. That stuff can be nasty.. next coats, mask stays on..

Damn brother... the paint dry yet?? Even Jerry recommends the 72 hours to cure...

on a side note, happy with the rustoleum bed liner BUT... Those cans clog FAST... almost have to just keep spraying until the can is emepty. Stop too long, BAM.. clogged can and $9 down the drain. Out of 4 cans, probably 3/4 of 1 can was a loss...

Thanks for picking mine up and delivering them for me. I appreciate the help. I should be home from AFG in a few days, then I'll start preparing for the move to Hawaii!

Get ready to burn some more bits! Them frames are hard! Try use some oil on the bit if you can. Even 5w30 is better than dry :)

Start with a small hole like 3/16th and move your way up to 1/2" I use 6 different size bits in my kit and it works well.

I center punched mine and stepped up from 1/8. a face shield, gloves, and long sleeves is my recommendation :D

Cobalt cuts it much better than high speed steel bits too. Slow the drill rpm down as you go bigger too, like 350 should be good for the 1/2 final hole.

So part of the reason I bolted them to my truck so quickly is I dont have any where to store them securely to let the cure and I am more than sure I am going to be respraying the coating on due to use so no worries

I liked the Dupli-color bed coating I used (not the bed armor). But it took a good month before it was completely hard. Even after a full day it got fingerprints in it. Iven warned me about that, but I didn't listen

But when I tried to scrape it off six months later it was crazy hard! I was really impressed.
