Cool, do you like the backflip better than a roll up like mine?

 

I can't remember is urs soft? I definitely want to stick with locking ones, so I LOVE the backflip, I originally had one of those tri fold soft ones, which worked great too, but what I didn't like was that that last 3rd of the bed, was pretty much unusable for big things, and it became more of a hassle moving it on and off the truck. The backflip is great, I never have to take it off, but when I flip the last section up, it completely blocks my rearview, that's the only con I have with it. What is kinda keeping me from deciding between the roll n lock is that the roll and lock has that small section that sticks above the bed, the backflip is pretty much flush.... so.... time will tell which one i like better, I haven't installed the roll n lock yet

 

Yeah mine is soft, I'm with you on the trifold ones & as far as your backflip that's what mirrors & the backup camera are for.

Is it just me or is that a 2WD? Not seeing a front driveshaft.

 

Looks 2WD to me. Pretty par for the course...

That panhard bar is freakin' nuts. So it does have a front drive axle, just no driveshaft. Not seeing any spring shackles either, but that could be because they are in the front and there isn't a good view of them. Frankly, the whole setup looks more than a little scary.

The Pep Boys event wasn't real big, but they had some really nice cars up there. Here's some for you, Jim.

 

one of these days, when we get a few more tacos, we should set up a TW meet there, and then grab dinner (if theirs isn't sufficient) or drinks afterwards or something
