    Took about 100 shots on Tuesday night, and looked through them all and though most of them were terrible. I revisited the folder of photos tonight and actually found one I was very happy with. The photographer on the left of the frame had the same idea I had.

    Alright guys, I have imported videos off my GoPro before onto my iMac, but now when I plug it into the USB and turn the GoPro on its not registering on the computer that it's on. How do I fix this?! It's driving me nuts :eek:

    Probably a better question for the GoPro thread.

    But it could happen if the camera was disconnected before it was ejected. If you're running Mavericks, there have been reports of some devices not mounting correctly.

    I'd use the disk utility to see if the drive is seen but not mounted (the GoPro appears as a disk drive when it's mounted). Check to see if it appears in the device list (About This Mac) too.

    Mac is beyond me.. I'd guess its the computer doing something to you rather than a GoPro firmware thing?

    You mean fail to eject. As long as you eject the the disk, you will probably not have issues.

    yea sorry, thats what i meant :eek:

    also if you delete something from a disk on Mac by sending it to the Trash can. unless you empty the trash can with the disk still mounted. It won't actually erase it. Then you'll be left with a phantom file and the mac won't register the space available.
