It was a friend's. That shit was just too much

 

This is how I felt when I took that arnold preworkout I swear I thought I was going to die

 

The fiance (I know I'm wearing that out lol) is in nursing school and I actually called her to come check my vitals lol. I was freaking the fuq out. There's a cop that hangs out at the gym on slow days and he was there when I first strated working out and said I was acting like a person on meth haha. He actually came back to the gym to check on me a few hrs later; it was bad. #neveragain

 

just saw an ad for PF on youtube, first time ive actually seen something for them

"We're not a gym. We're planet fitness"

God I want to go and get kicked out of one of these shitfatories so bad. haha

 

Do it! Just be sure to film it, too! Maybe you'll get lucky and go on a day they're serving pizza or tootsie rolls. #idiots

getting back into more cardio other than just running to the gym and back

doing 2 and 3k rows with 100m sprints every 500m, and getting back into bagwork

I need to row again.

Oh and dead lifts...mother of god. I realized that leaving them out of a back workout is a bad idea...in fact leaving them out of any workout is a bad idea. I used to rack pulls and hyper extensions but naaaaoooooo I need to lift....I don't even lift

I've had it for about 5 mins and like it so far, compared to just logging in on Safari. My only question is what's the difference between the 'home' category and the 'timeline'? I've noticed that the timeline is in sync with the home page of the regular site, so what the heck is the 'home' category about?

 

"Home" has your different sections at the top. 1st gen, 2nd gen, Off Topic, BST. Timeline is more of the "homepage" on the forum. I think it just generates random threads on the "Home" screen. I'm not really sure, honestly. I typically stick to my subbed threads when I'm on Tapatalk.

 

Okay, cool. thanks. I figured it was just a more of a 'shuffle' of random threads. I didn't know if you could pick which ones were on there or not.

So far, I like it a lot though. Can't believe I wasted so much time on Safari lol
