what i said is im not putting the trial sticker on my truck unless i do the entire trail and all the major obstacles. so yeah gonna pull some sticker of the truck.

dang looks like i have to do my research on what trails i wanna do. the overnight one sounds really fun though and white knuckle looks like a blast with yall experienced folk. its almost guaranteed to mess of my stupid factory bumper.

 

we are looking like either friday30 or saturday 31 to run rusty nail. I know that will make mark happy cause you won't have to miss it now. but me konsta ben+1 and brady need to know what your trail agenda is so we can plan our trip too.

 

So guys, on the Dome Plateau/Kokopelli overnight run, can we make that on a single tank of fuel. I will be carrying an extra 10 gallons in the rig but wasn't sure if that will be enough, and would like to know if I need to acquire two additional scepter gas cans.

 

I am guiding Elephant hill for low range off road. For those of you how want to go what day works best for you. it does take a full day to run the trail due to the fact its in the needles distinct of canyon lands.

 

I know my group is already fairly large in size and everybody is mostly showing up early but we do have a few ticklers. We plan to run all big trails for the week. Basic trail schedule planned is below. If you'd like to join let us know.
Day 1 Saturday the 24 Fins and Things, and Hell's Revenge.
Day 2 Sunday the 25 Strike Ravine, and Flat Iron Mesa.
Day 3 Monday the 26 Moab Rim, and Cliff Hanger. (may split into two days for time spent on trails)
Day 4 Tuesday the 27 (long day expect to haul ass on the trail) Poison Spider, Golden Spike, Gold Bar Rim, then and the day on Metal Masher.
Day 5 Wednesday the 28 Behind the Rocks
Day 6 Thursday the 29 Pritchett Canyon (this trail appears to still be up for debate on who really feels capable of running it.)
Day 7 Friday the 30 will be either playing catch up on trails that we pushed back through the week or just a relax day.
Day 8 Saturday the 31 Rusty Nail (large group expected. still waiting for 100% confirmation on my uncle who is acting as trail leader for this trail.)
Day 9 Sunday the 1 of June my ass is driving home and might sleep in.
Day 0 Friday the 23 of May I will hit Area BFE expected between 6-10 that night. then plan to possibly go on a short night run. Difficulty will depend on if any other trucks are there and want to go along.

Most guys in this group are expected to arrive mid afternoon Saturday the 24. I will likely run Fins and Things that morning if I don't sleep in too long. I'd rather not go at it alone so if anybody else is there then let's wheel.

2: Leave when ever/maybe a short run

 

I planned on doing Hells on the 29th as well. Any chance I can join your group for that run? After that my schedule is completely up in the air… As of now, I'll be rolling into BFE on the morning of the 28th.

hells is kind of the intro run for most people. super popular, jace led it the last 2 years. As he was saying might need 2 groups leaving at staggered times due to the popularity.

 

Konsta wasn't too excited when i said pritchett canyon so if i'm the only one that wants to do it then obviously it won't get done. thats why i said it's up for debate. the entire list is is just a starting point. all i know is that i want to do nothing but stomp trails starting with trails i have yet to run and drink beer for a week. pritchett is pushed back in the planning as a trail that is a possibility but probably won't happen and be a filler day.

 

That's why I want to do it the first day. Basically to work the kinks out and my buddy, who's co-driving, has never wheeled and I want him to cut his teeth on something a little tamer on the first day before I drop him in the deep end!

 

Especially considering he will be wheelin for the first time, in my truck!

 

on the 27 we have our longest day but you could probably come run metal masher with us after we get off of trifecta. however if it is dark we won't go to metal masher. widow maker has been taunting us for a year now. 4-5 trucks should be able to start on poison spider early enough and pound through all tree trails to hit metal masher with time play in the day time
