Stage 1 BFH complete. Almost there. I can turn almost full on compression. Just a little more to trim and beat then I'll be good.

Not turning fits nice tho :D

There's a small section of the cab mount and the firewall just above the cab mount.

So I'm going to grind it back a bit more, convince the firewall a bit more, then work on getting both sides equal.

Yea I was talking with jace about that for when he aligns the truck before we head out. See how much we can push it forward without throwing the camber out of whack.

I'm hoping to get it a little better so when I run Moab rim at cruise I won't bind going up devils crack or the z turns. Those two can require turning and stuffing.

brought the truck in for a quick alignment for the new tires...

also had jace move my caster up a bit..give me a little extra space to play with for clearancing...

spec caster is 2*...upper end of the spec range is 3*, so we stopped there

my truck feels whole again :D

some new sawtooth kickouts installed late last night...finally punched the clock on the day at 9pm...but they're on :woot:

i'll get some better pics later and yes i still need to paint them

    901397B9-7850-48D5-881F-EA4EF227A3EF_zps_e7dce52f079aad598ec2640a10c57f1d992eef23.jpg

same length as the old ones, but we f'd up installing the first ones and had them too far forward...to get the larger tires in, the sliders had to go..

so the mounting is much better this time around...basically from the start of the flare front and back is the coverage

the angle is a bit more than the last ones, so they are tucked in there a bit more...we also added a bit to the kickout so we don't lose the coverage after the increased angle..
