My friends runner is finally driving!

2000 4runner, 5speed, Supercharged, Ford KP 60/14 bolt, reids, arctic brackets and truss', high angle drivelines, Atlas 4 speed, 14" profenders in the front, 12" profenders in the rear, hydro assist, 5.38's, a shit-ton of metal, ARB's front and rear, 3link/3link, etc, etc, etc.

Came out pretty sick! Still needs some more cutting, air bumps mounted up, some other stuff cut, new bumpers, sliders, etc etc, it's always endless.

Can you snap some pictures of the front link brackets at the frame and axle? More specifically the upper link but I'd also like to see how the front lower links were mounted at the frame.

    Started some shit today :D

Having trouble packaging my air bumps.

Only place I can put bump on passenger side.

    B78BA3B1-1156-4078-8329-A8BB8997B0CF_zps_fe692061345bc9e4f5627f71c46c4b01c509ca69.jpg

I don't think I should have any problems with it hitting during articulation. Other side could still drop an 1" but... Obviously I won't have the bump down that far in the can.

No where to hang the driver one but here. Dunno what else to do.

    This is my other problem.

    Almost at full droop.

    2 3/8" clearance.

So I'm not sure if I notch the tower or if I run some borgeson joints or something crazy.

    Just for fun

Notch the shock tower. Your coil springs won't be much wider than the red threaded sleeve.

Also, fix your jack stands. They look a little sketchy leaning the same direction.

They don't like the axle flexing. They're straight now though.

I would flip one of them 180*. If they are working against each other in either direction, you won't have that issue of, you know, your rig falling off the stands. Just an idea ;)

I picked up a new toy today! Finally will be confident in my welds. Peace out Lincoln 120v

I actually rotated them today. Thanks for the thought though and believe me I've been watching them closely. I also cut the shock tower. Guess I'll use some 2" tube or something to cap the inside.

Any thoughts on the bumps not hitting during articulation but only at full stuff on both sides?

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
Bumps are to far inboard. You need to move them to the outside of the frame. maybe bump off the lower link mounts?

Sorry I guess I should have worded that different. More like any problem with not having any bumps at full articulation but only at full stuff on both sides, IE bottoming out but not slowly flexing.

I really can't fit them anywhere else is the thing.
