Ok im pretty sure I know what I did. After navigating the site I see the I ordered the triple drilled spacer.. Not the 65mm. He needs to make his site more user friendly. When you click on the toyota parts and then the spacer. For some reason the triple drilled is a option show before the 65mm or 66mm specific spacer.

    No worries at all man.

For the record typically aftermarket leaf packs will require longer lines as they will often droop out more than the factory ones. Than again one would need longer shocks to allow them to droop in order to need longer lines.

Oh screw this, its beer time for this old man (not that old but feel that way because of my kids)

    You have a good weekend.

WOOHOO!!! This morning i woke up and installed the DS spacer. IT FIT!! Turns out I did have the 66mm after all. It took away ALL my vibs!!! No more slight shudder at take off. I actually could have lived with it because it was very slight, but still. I feel a lot better now that there are no vibs at all. My yoke is flush with the transmission and my cb carrier is centered again. I'm just surprised that it only requires 45 ft/lbs of torque! Seems like it was A LOT more on the stock bolts. of course these are nylock nuts so they shouldn't loosen up.
How much did you guys that have done this tighten yours?
If you guys are planning on getting one of these spacers make sure to measure a few times, especially if you have the"11" stamped on the heads of your bolts. It's only 1mm difference and hard to measure accurately when its all bolted together. And if you have questions email Roger from 4crawler. I've dealt with him on some other things that he makes (nothing to do with vehicles) and he's really helpful and knowledgable. I do agree though his website isn't the easiest to navigate (lots of info!).

Wait... So I just checked and my 2007 has the "11" stamped on the factory bolts. Does this mean I need 66mm or 65mm?

Also after he says the bolts with the "11" stamped on them usually mean the 66mm.. He says the bolt should be bigger than the standard 14mm wrench size. So know im really confused.
My bolts have "11" stamped on the BUT they were 14mm in wrench size.
Ricks2013, can you confirm you bolts head was a 14mm wrench size or larger?

Yes my bolt heads were 14mm wrench size. I was confused as well because of that but he said that just because it was 14mm doesn't mean that it has to be a 10mm bolt. I used my calipers on the threads sticking out of nuts and it was like 10.45 or something like that so i assumed they were 11mm bolts. When i took them out today and measured the shank it was 10.97.
I used a clear ruler to measure mine and like i said it was so close but it did seem like the 65mm was just a tad shy of center. With that and the 11 stamped on it i just went with the 66mm and it worked out for me.

I've read that the spindles push your front wheels out so I ordered a 1.25" spidertrax wheel spacer for my my rear wheels, am I correct in this making my front and rear flush? I have no way of measuring this without having the spindles actually installed, which I have not done yet.

Second question, I am pretty sure I want to stick with just the stock tacoma wheels, I want to do a 285/75/16 tire, all I'm doing is the spindles up front with a 2" or 2.5" leaf pack in the rear (can't remember which size I ordered), so my question is, since I'm doing spindles and the spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers for the rear, am I going to rub anywhere with this configuration? And if I do an aftermarket wheel, what back spacing is acceptable?

No, i believe you need spacers in front too if you use stock wheels.

Stock 16s won't clear maxtracs you'll need spacers on the front. They do not have the correct bs

Hm. Okay. I guess this another good reason to do aftermarket wheels. What backspacing should I be looking for if I do decide to go this route?

    Thanks a lot!

If my measurements are correct and if the spindles are a TRUE 4" lift in the front, with my 2" AAL in the rear with all stock coils/shocks, I should technically be an inch and a quarter higher in the front. I might have to buy a 1" block for the rear to be level or 1.25" block which I saw Skyjacker makes..but I think I'll wait until after I put the lift on and see what I want to do.

Are your current leafs shot or are you doing a whole new rear leaf pack?. Reason I ask is if you're doing an aal on current leafs you may be lower. The rear of our trucks are already taller than the front so you may be level or may be .5 short In the rear. Either way before you go ordering blocks check what you have first. I didn't I ordered blocks first and was still lower in the rear due to my leafs being flatter than a door nail. So not only did I have to re build my rear leafs I had to buy different blocks too. So trying to help you save some money.
