Yeah, much better. Final question: what's the difference between the 'subscriptions' and 'notifications' tabs?

Notifications tells you who has replied to what thread. Basically every time someone posts in one of your subbed threads, it'll say "So&so replied to the thread..."

Subscribed just shows your subscribed threads more like they appear on the computer/safari. I don't really know why they have them both. But, If you go into notifications and click on the link, it takes you directly to that post, even if it was from several hours ago. Subscribed takes you to the first new post in the thread.

Simple enough. Final question...seriously, this time haha. Does it automatically update or do you have to manually go in and refresh?

Kinda depends. If it's been a while since I've been into it, it'll do it automatically. If I get out of it and go back in a couple minutes later, a lot of times I'll have to refresh it myself.

That's not a bad idea. I studied all day yesterday. Next time, I'm gonna do something like that...every wrong answer = 10 push-ups or something. Every right answer = 1 hot wing haha

Beginning week 4 or 5 of my cut today (can't remember what week I started). Last week, I introduced a pre-workout and this week, I'll be introducing BCAA's. Since I've never taken BCAA's and haven't taken a pre-workout in almost a year, I wanted to introduce them separately, so I wouldn't attribute the effects of the pre-workout to BCAA's.

I'm not expecting much from them, but we shall see if lean mass is retained and if DOMS are less severe.

On my cut, my plan has been to lose 1 lb per week at a 400-500 calorie deficit and it's been pretty spot on. I started at 200 lbs and around 13% bf and am now at 194 lbs. Starting to see some vascularity and a little more definition in my core and shoulders. Still not as fun as bulking, though

Once you start getting shredded it will be worth it.

Ive started taking BCAA's in the mornings. Im trying to preserve muscle while I train fasted in the AM's.

Went to my buddies house on Saturday to change my oil in my truck and he just bought a used weight bench and set. He said get on the bench press. I said let me get a little bit motivated first. I said how much you got on there, he said 170lb. I said I don't know if I can do that or not. I haven't tried to bench press in years like over 5 years I would guess maybe longer. Before I left he wanted me to try it so I got under the bar lifted it up and did it for 2 times. I didn't try a 3rd but don't think I could have done it. That might not sound like a lot to some of you guys but I was impressed that I did 170 when I weigh 155. I forgot what they said you should be able to bench press x's your weight.
