    How's everyone?

The first three of my 4 nights has been busy, night 1 was FFG change, night 2 was an APU & tonight is an engine change. Kind of a welcome change but, I'm also kind of over it already. No TW time, no movies, no working out or jogging...and no sleep.

Ya, Rob I think you're correct. I'm off for 5 after tonight so I'm good with whatever at this point.

How have you been? Been putting that 6x6 to work?

We went tobacco free worldwide a few yrs ago.
I started dipping those "snus" packets or whatever they are called.
    Easily swallowed if confronted. :)

Same here...Grizzly Wintergreen. Having a hard time stopping. We are also tobacco free worldwide. But, it's not enforced unless it's smoking for the most part. I'm just 1 of 320,000 "team members" and betting 20 to 25% of us use it so, it would be difficult.

It's night 4 of 4 and I'm off the next 5 (YEE HAW). I'm on ANOTHER f'ing engine change tonight. Of course it's #2 on an MD11 so it SUX even more.

I'll be taking the parents to NOLA via the train City of New Orleans on my days off for their 61st. wedding anniversary. I'm glad they're still around for me to enjoy.

    How's everybody doing tonight?

Annnnnnnnnd we're back. This shift is starting to drag on me and it's only been 11 months. I have another 13 to go until I can break free though.

Just got an offer to run and buy into the boat I used to work on. Had to think about it for about an hour before saying a "hell yes".

Pretty big life decision, I'm trying not to get too excited. Just told the skipper/crew on the boat I work on now what my plans are. A couple of years ago I would have agonized over letting everyone know what my plans are, pretty good feeling to have it off my chest.

Going to see this boat through 3 more weeks of engine rebuild, then fly home.. Back up here for June-August!

Thanks man. They're still happy with each other...they act like kids holding hands and shit.

Hell yeah man, that's great. I'm like you were though, I'd kept it from my employer until I had to tell them. Where is the boat based?

The other shit, Skole and Cope are too dry and fine for me.

Mid shift and off Mon, Tue and Wed by choice for me right now. Puts me off Monday morning at 6:30am and back on Thursday at 8pm so I have time to help the family out. When that calms down I'd like to go to evening shift with Thur, Fri & Sat evenings off...but, that's hard to get where I work.

It's tough man. Although I've gotten much better at not "spur" spending the last few yrs.
I'm actually just trying to piece a roof rack and basket together.

Not much yet, just riding the grand kids down the power-line and through the woods in the neighborhood. Won't be long though, Spring thaw/break-up is underway. Ice on the lakes hasn't melted to any open water yet, but it's getting thin. :D

    Rebel.

Of course it's number 2 ... I probably jinxed you when I said I hoped you'd catch a break tonight.

Taking your parents on the surprise trip is so very cool.

That is AWESOME NEWS Jake! Congrats! :woot:

Trying to talk myself outta a newer Achilles Inflatable I found on craigslist that Randy & I are thinking of upgrading to. :notsure: It's a really good deal on a like new rig at less than half what you'd pay new.

Got my 5 hrs sleep and woke at 2AM like normal. Sitting in my garage trolling TW and debating what to get into to pass some time.

 big ass mosquito just bit me on the back of my hand ... Could it actually be Spring?
