I need to put new tires on my truck prob before I go and a friend of mine is supposed to be getting a good deal for me but he is lagging. Yeah, when I had a group of people I'd ride my dirt bike with, it was the same way, "leave no one behind" and I'd always be checked on to be sure I didn't eat shit and need help.

Some areas there is enough room to turn around. Turn outs pop up pretty often.

No sand on these trails. They are mellow. You might even see a Camry at the top. Have fun!

No joke, I've seen a few cars up there. If you start slipping just air out your tires to like 25psi

Ok, so I went to Bedford. My son and I LOVED it.......BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT......I brought one of my best friends and well when my tires (which I was going to air down but glad I didn't for the short ride up) didn't want to go over some of the loose rocks on the road she PANICKED and was begging me to stop and go back down. I had no idea she has a fear of falling backwards (which we weren't) and she was afraid my truck was going to slide off the side of the road. I of course couldn't stop laughing but I had to turn around and go back down :( Well I wasn't done so I took the other road (when we got to the bottom) that leads to this open field and had a little fun there letting my son sit on my lap and steer so we did a few donuts and drove around that dirt road a few times so we could drift around the corner at the far end (son's request). I am definitely going to go back for sure! Thank you guys so much for sharing the whereabouts of this place. My truck is a dusty mess inside and out right now.

Yeah the good videos were lost when we'd hit a bump and my friends finger would come off the darn button LOL. I saw a video on Bee Canyon (that leads to Indian Trail right? I watched this video the other day and wondered if I'd be able to get thru the loose sand parts or up areas like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ciYaIcatf_w (at the 3:16 mark I wonder if my truck would be able to even get up that)

Oh, do any of you have a problem with your ABS kicking in while off roading and what do you do about it? It scares the shit out of me because my truck still moves when I want it to stop.

That section is one of the 4x4 trails. I won't be taking that even though I could probably make it with enough speed. I'm only 2wd so I stay away from super steep stuff. Bee canyon is Hemet area. They meant Indian creek truck trail which is different.

My truck is old school no abs. You can make a switch to turn it off or just pull the fuse for off road. There should be a how to on here.

Yeah, I found some threads but it's a little confusing. So, what tires do you have on your truck? I'm supposed to be getting new tires this week (I've been waiting for my hook-up to make it happen for a few weeks now).

It pretty easy. About a half hour job. I can show you when you are ready for it. You just need a cheap rocker switch so you can turn abs on when you go back to street.

Honestly I just run the cheapest AT tires I can find that look like they good grip. I only drive my truck about 10k a year. I'm running bfg AT right now. The side wall isn't that strong but it still works. My next set will most likely be dick cepek fun country only cuz they are sexy looking tire and cheaper than bfg. I hear people getting 30 to 40 out of those. My bro is running the dick cepek fcii and got 90k out of a set. They are more $ but worth it if you drive a lot.

 what you wrote made me think of "she thinks my tractor's sexy"....I have Nitto's right now but my ex is tire shopping for me and he was looking at the Falken Wildpeak A/T & Pro Comp X-Terrain. I don't know a lot about tires and since he has connections and can save me a lot of money (I'm going to get them for about a $100 a piece), I'll go with what he is able to get his hands on. I personally LOVE when my tires make noise.

Just change it to "she thinks my taco's sexy". I really think Chesney wanted to sing about tacoma's instead. $100 a tire is amazing. For that price as long it isn't a passenger tire, you are good. Both 2 of those tires you listed would work well.

hahaha....that could be taken in a totally different direction if it were changed to that!!! Yeah, benefits of having sponsors and friends in the racing industry (for him that is) and if he is willing to help out this poor girl then who am I to say no???!!! :p
