    I just got off the phone with Cascadia Tents. I had called because I didn't know how anyone would get a hold of me since the website had routed me through paypal and I used a separate credit card transaction. So, he told me the initial shipment is delayed and I gave him my contact info i.e.; email, phone, home address and last four of my credit card that purchased it. Very friendly guy and helpful. He assured me I would be contacted as soon as he or someone else had any more information for me. I say, you guys are pretty cool and great customer service. I must say though, the paypal route is not as friendly as your store. :)
