Fuck that roller VERY MUCH. Got high as a kite and did an ab workout with that and my buddy whilst at the LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL festival. Worst, decisions, EVER! Could not stand up straight at the end of the day the following day.

    Dead lifts 1 @ 135 warm-up (10)
    3 @ 175 (MAX)
    Hammer Curls 3 @ 50 (10)
    Squats 1 @ 135 warm-up (10)
    3 @ 205 (10)

    Shoulder Shrugs 3 @ 175 (10)
    Side dips 3 @ 45 (10)
Shoulder Raises 3 @ 25 (10) Use the plates, hold the plate horizontal at full extension
    Calve Raises 3 @ 225 (10)

    Reverse Kagels 3 @ 110 (12)
    Bar Curls 3 @ 75 (10)
Standing Rows 3 @ ????? (10) Free weight machine for this.

I have been working on concentrating the muscles and using lighter weight to focus on form. Been getting a better workout because of it, at least, I am more sore consistently.

yeah after a while with the wheel, my abs started to allow my back to curve too much...so it was the kettle bell show :p

My brother has a really nice ab dolly thing...a platform with 4 wheels and two handles. You can get your lower abs with it at least.

You can get your hams with these carpet sliders as well (if you have carpets)

He has 2-45s, 2-35s, and the bar weighs about 10 pounds he said. Its kinda like a cage I guess, you lay down under the bar and you grab the bar lift and twist the bar to get it out of the holders. The bar has kinda like a hook on it to grab the holes on the frame of the cage. Then if you can't do the weight you can bring it down and it will rest on these stops and you can get out from under the bar. Not sure if you guys know what I'm talking about.

Ive always had "abs" since ive always been skinny. Since putting on over 10lbs they are starting to hide a little now... Im going to have to start doing weighted abb work now to get those suckers to pop out.

I thought the same way, that will only make them grow out. My stomach protrudes like a heavy lifters core. With a bit of fluff on the top......

Yeah, that's a smith machine and, unfortunately, it's not an accurate representation of your max. For instance, my flat bench max is 285, but on a smith machine, I can do 300 easy

That's kinda how mine is. My lower back has a huge arch in it from sleeping on my stomach my whole life, so I can have a 6 pack, but it sticks out. It really sucks bc when I'm at a higher bf (13-14%), it makes me look like a fatass

Damn, mine's not nearly as bad as the one in the pic, but I'll definitely start doing some of stretches. Thanks!

My issue is not due to posture, I have solid posture and have been complimented on it for years. I just enjoy situps, food, and low cardio too much.
