You won't have any problems with a 9500lb winch (DefconBrix runs the Zeon 10s on his aluminum bumper). These Aluminum bumpers are 3/4 the strength of the steel ones. By going to Aluminum you gain so much but you do lose a little strength, it all depends on your needs and your style of wheeling. These are built just like the steel ones with recovery points but the aluminum ones are reinforced with 1/2" pieces for added strength.

These bumpers will fit aftermarket skid plates - we build them to line up perfectly to our IFS skids but some other brands we have been told also work.

Hey AllPro I can't tell you how tight of a fit my truck is in my garage - would a bumper without the hoop be terribly difficult to get set back a bit? Closer to flush with the grille/headlights instead of the 'ledge' I see on page one...

We are hoping to have the 05-11 Aluminum Bumpers dialed in within the next month or so but won't be offering them on GB anytime soon unfortunately. When we get these rolling into production though give us a call though and we can figure out some ways to save you a little.
