No kidding. Until last week, the only things I supplemented were protein (because I'm on the go a lot and simply can't eat 6 actual meals a day), the occasional creatine cycle, and the occasional pre workout. Sean talked me into trying BCAA's on my cut, so I'm trying them. All that other crap, I don't buy into...hell, I'm not even sure about the BCAA's yet :spy:

Did you know that a typical protein supp HAS bcaa's in it?

Yeah, with all my food, protein supp, and bcaa supp, I'll be at around 20-25g BCAA's per day, with only 5g of that from the bcaa supp. From what I've gathered, raw BCAA's pre/intra workout absorbs faster than from a protein source, which has to be broken down into aminos, then is absorbed.

Again, I'm no expert and have never taken them before, so I don't know if it's total shit or what, but if you want to keep running around in circles, it's fine

My question is, why are you so concerned when you take them everyday already?

I'm not overly concerned, but if I'm going to spend money on something, I'm going to make sure it works. Like I said, I'm skeptical, so I'm gonna try it and, if it doesn't work, I will have learned something. If it works, great! But I'm not gonna just take it without making sure it works and going off what the internet says.

Those are from protein food sources, such as tuna, ground turkey, eggs, etc. I've been eating that since before I had ever even heard the word bcaa
