I didn't place... which makes me angry because some chubby tummy guy beat me out.... but all the winners were apart of a local "herbalife" team.... those fuckers were pushing their shit on all kinds of competitors and reps... never was more pissed at herbalife...     Honestly the show was going to last for another 2-3 hours and my friends and family wanted to get out and celebrate and what not.. Im going to be emailing the head judge and ask today... I know for sure I needed to practice more posing for the pre-lim judging after seeing my pictures

    last week was hell... Water depletion starting from 2 gallons to 0 on saturday

    am - 4 egg whites
    snack - 3oz tilapia 2c Asparagus
    lunch - same
    dinner - 3oz tilapia 2c spinach
    bedtime - 4 egg whites

    0 carbs till saturday

    Saturday
    5am ish - 3oz black coffee
    6am - 2 whole wheat/grain waffles
    9 am - 1c oats
    30m - prior to stage 3oz white protein and 1/2c carb

    Well I told you I was coming and you never hit me up either or asked about my show or tickets :(
