northern tool/tractor supply ones aren't made as well. had to adapt the reinforcing lip at the end to strengthen it to my liking.

just a slittle section of larger square pipe sleved over the hitch, then tacked at the corners. pretty lame. i ground off the powdercoat and filly welded the sleve front and back.

That looks like it would work just fine! I am using the cutoff from the receiver tube to make another and will probably just steal that idea instead of bending some 1/2" wide flat stock around it.

the concept of using a larger piece dimension piece is sound, i just didn't like how it was only tacked on the rear of the sleve. drag it across the rocks one too many times and i'm sure you'd crach the welds. after you fully weld it, no worries. the one you got is just a lottle more convenient, since you skip that step.

It was good meeting you Bryan. Glad I was able to get you squared away after all this weekend.

We installed OME Dakars, All-pro u-bolt flip kit, wheelers superbumps all four corners, extended brake lines all corners, and a cab mount chop.

Busy afternoon but hope you still got to take your bike out for a spin and enjoy the weather!

    Thanks again Bryan!

Finished up a rear ARB installation last week as well with a custom on board air setup. MV-50 compressor, Viar 85/105 pressure switch, firestone air tank, all wrapped up in a nice toolbox. Works great!

Knocked out another Cab mount chop for member JuanitoBunito last night. I only snapped on picture after he painted it, but we trimmed his flare and fender too, and removed some of the protrusion of the pinchweld too.

Thanks again Juan, and for the good advice as well!
