So there is a cabelas catalog that has a winchester model 70 in it that looks identical to the one I built in school right down to the recoil pad.
They want $ 1400 for it with $450 off. I never thought the gun I built would be worth that much.

Hmm...companies are starting to call me about potential job offers...this is a nice change lol

 

What kind of companies? Like farm companies?

 

Nothing farm related currently. Sales companies mostly but one lead seems promising.

 

Oh I hate sales, I feel like an ass trying to talk some one into something.

 

From the sounds of it this is more of a management position with some sales. We'll see, not like I have to work there forever. Plus with this particular company, I'm not sure exactly how they do sales. It's more of a "come to us if you need us" type thing I thought LOL

Im a sales manager and thought the same thing.... Then when i got to plan my own schedule and didnt have a boss looking over my shoulder like I did in the cube..... I changed my mind!

 

BTW i dropped ye old truck off at Scottys Monday for some tender love and care. 4.88s, sliders and rear bumper. Well it took a short period of time before I needed some toys, saw some posts on the books and went cheap on the snatch strap, hope it works okay! New/first handgun as well.... Gotta be safe!

 

So the $39 warn wasn't cheap enough lol?
