    I should have one installed by then, found a decent one on Amazon for $100. Installation should be pretty easy

    Was anyone a boyscout or seen the boyscout omlette? Basically boiling water, ziplocks, put a couple eggs in, throw whatever other stuff into the bag and boil for a couple minutes. Looks to come out pretty good. Never tried it persoanlly.

    I can get a big tiger pot/rice warmer. Make a bunch of rice the night before and it will stay nice and hot in the warmer for at least the weekend.. not a huge rice eater, but definitel may be nice to have with the rest of the dishes.
