    I would strongly suggest squarespace.com -- they're a premiere website that focuses on the visual experience, which of course, exactly what you need to make a sale.

    Their top of the line plan is $24/mo (billed annually) or $30/mo (month to month) allows you to sell an unlimited number of products.

    The $16/mo (billed annually) or $20/mo (month to month) allows you to sell up to 20 different products.

    All their products also come with a mobile site so people can shop on a site pre-customized to work on phones and tablets.

    Compared to $140/mo from your current provider, Squarespace seems like a no brainer here.

    Check out their promo video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjYmyGTr6Eg

    There are also a good number of tutorials on youtube to show you how to do everything you want.

    Maybe check Martinez or concord? I haven't searched for apartments up here, but we're looking at houses there and they are the cheapest :D.

    Uh oh. I feel a rant coming on. :eek:
    <rant>
    I *like* California. It's hip to say you're only here until the fates align and you can move to the place you'd *really* like to be.

    I like it here.

    Everywhere has its downside. Show me the place that doesn't have *some* form of culture, law, tax, or weather that you'd rather do without.
    </rant>

    OK, I feel better now. Thanks for indulging me while I got that off my chest. :D

    I like it here too. My family is here (3 gens). But I just don't care for the direction anymore. And absolutely, I think you'll always find culture, politics, law, and taxes everywhere. The trick is to find your happy place where as many of those things align to your liking.
