Yikes! Last time I saw them in person I was helping a local member replace them last summer with TC UCA's. Guy didn't even wheel and his welds cracked around the bushing so only one side of the arm was holding. I'm slowly starting to think those things are plain dangerous.

I did it myself. Its not that hard just takes a lot a patience. Which I don't possess a lot of. Spent a lot of time putting them on taking them off...trim here trim there type of stuff. I eyeballed almost all the mounting holes. But the nice thing about glass is its easy to make the hole bigger if your off just a bit.
Was it hard??? That depends on the person. I've done fabrication and fitting of glass/carbon fiber panels for aircraft in my past so its not that hard but it reminds me why I hated doing it for a living.

I wouldn't say they were dangerous. The company realized they had a bad bushing and redesigned it. I haven't seen any other failures, other than the old bushings, either.

Yeah. I haven't given my a real good look over yet. I will when I put my new bushings in (Got them a couple weeks ago), but I imagine if anybody has broken a weld on them it would be me. haha. But at the moment I am pretty sure I haven't. Everything is still pretty tight and solid when I checked a couple weeks ago.

That was an issue that was caused by the washers they were issuing with them. They used 4 big washers (mine did) and they were too tight and didn't let the bushing flex. There was a free kit that has new bushing centers and 2 washers. Took about 45 minutes to install

Ordered my Avid Light bar. I found a guy local that can do spray on liners, which gave me all the reason I needed to pull the trigger.

Needs new shoes. I was going to go with 35"s. But since I found out we are pcs' ing to Germany decided to stay with 285's. I want to be able to park in the parking garage's while traveling throughout Europe. I went with Fierce Attitude M/T - LT285/70R17. Anybody have any complaints with theirs.

Installed my new 30" LED bar, first hour was done installing it and making sure every measurement was perfect. The last hour was protecting the wires and making it look more professional. This bar is BRIGHT! I live in Phoenix and work up north at a dirt bike track, this lights up the desert night like its nothing.

Good, Thanks. I have a Fabtech 6" lift as well and was looking for to getting some 35's but that would be too much over there. I guess I have to wait to upgrade three years from now.
