    I would lose that one unless it was a race to hit redline first. Haha. My 1st gear in 4Lo tops out at like 7 mph but will hit redline like instantly if I punch it. Haha

    right then, here is most of my stuff for the 63 swap. parts are waiting and ready to go

    have to remember to get some extended brake lines too.




    had annoying, small snag, factory toyota shackle/leaf bolts and factory chevy leaf bolts are 9/16ths. so when I ordered toyota shackle plates from low range, what size did I expect the bolt holes to be? 9/16th, I got them and apparently all of their shackles are an m18 size hole :frusty: so i i send those suckers back and buy some plates from ruff stuff which come with a .5" hole drilled in them, so ill be able to drill out a bit bigger for the 9/16th bolts. love taking a hit on restocking fees and return shipping :rolleyes:

    Yay you haven't started yet! I haven't had internet for a few days lol. I started on my shackles today. Got everything measured out and made the first cut. Took 15 min with a portaban haha so I quit since dad doesn't want me using his stuff anyways :devil:

    Cause when I built my bumper the portaban cut through everything like butta. I guess this 3/8" is a different story haha. I need to start buying my own tools now that I've got a place so grinder is numero uno on the list!

    I did but I stayed on stock shackles. Going to do creeper joint hangers and 6" shackles this time around.
