    shouldn't have too get your body weight down. You'll loose strength. Just get stronger and faster. You'll be fine. Weight is the last thing anyone should worry about that goes to the gym. Just look in mirrors. Your waist line and body build will reflect the results the best.

    i might do one of those next year too. Looks fun.

    also i work out with a kid in highschool that wrestles 160 and lifts as much or more then me..insane.



    Dude my beard is SO damn long right now haha longest i have ever had it. haha its crazy.

    And damn..lol everyone thinks that..wtf. haha and that im like 26...

    I ran this 5 miler at 160, felt like shit. but in aug. I'm signed up for the spartan beast/super on the same day...so that's around 25-30 miles.. thinking about dropping down to 150, getting my run times down. Just gonna try and maintain as much as I can strengthwise

    and freshmen think im a goddamn professor sometimes. lol
