    Missed this earlier.

Welcome Samwell, I haven't done much with Prerunners, but I'm sure we can all give some advise when you get to the point of modifying the truck. We have changed out quite a few suspensions in my garage.

I do too! I've always liked the ARB, but I see them to often. Just wanted to try something different.

Still out on a winch...I'm unsure. I won't need anything huge...It's definitely on the list. Although, I should have gotten it on with the bumper. Just created more work for myself. :D

This is the winch I got, although I got the synthetic line.

    Smittybuilt

It has performed flawlessly. I have used it now about a dozen times from recovery, to winching vehicles onto trailers.

Picking a winch is tough. I bought the warn 1. Because I know their reliability and history. Great winch and great all around product. Now if I was looking for recovery gear I wouldn't buy warn first because then I feel like I'm just buying the name. I have a lifetime warranty with my warn, and it fits my needs. Smittybuilt would be my next option. Good reviews on them but you may want to repack the gears with better grease. To much work for me when I fork out a large amount of money like that that I don't want to have to replace replace something due to future..... Problems. But those are Aretha only 2 winches I would go with. Now Justin has a engo I believe, I'm guessing he is liking it cause haven't heard bad bad from him yet. And Dave has a recon I think and his is completely water proof I think. Now his is on a truck that goes swimming often.

You can get others to help you figure it out and then find the best prices for individual items. Only real issue with a lift is finding someone to do the allignment especially if you do UCA's.

Do like Brian suggested, take whatever paperwork that will help them understand the uca's. Lol. When I get them, I'll be going to southern offroad for an alignment. I would hope they understand how to do them with uca's.

I don't get why everyone says that getting an alignment after a lift is so difficult. Granted, I had Built Rights instead of Light Racing, but alignment was no issue at all.
