    Well, had my bf% calculated today with one of those bioimpedance machines and then again with calipers... I am around 19.5%. Higher than I thought it was going to be honestly, but if I can get down to mid low teens I should really be making good change. I hope

    I don't like those machine ones. I've done mine 3 times in a row and every time, it's different. It's always close, but not exact. I've never had any experience with the calipers, so I don't know about them, but I have always heard that the only way to get an actual 100% accurate reading, you've got to do a hydrostatic test

    I just wanted an idea... I don't need any exact numbers. If I keep doing what I am doing and those two measures show my bf% decreasing, that's all that matters.
