    Black wire = power for cable in
    Green wire = power for cable out
    White wire = power for winch

    I see the green and white wire in the above picture, but don't see where the black wire leads.

    Manwithoutaplan, I was the one who drew up that wiring diagram you're looking at. I have a Warn M8000, but it uses the exact same contactor (solenoid) box, so the wiring will be identical.

    I have a switch panel in the cab that's held up by the tech deck. The fourth switch down is the winch power, below that is cable in, and under that is cable out. These are only single pole single throw so I had to use three switches.

    That panel is connected via ribbon cable to this relay panel under the hood.

    I finished up my winch switch bad ass.

    Finally wired my Light switches like them alot. Winch switch was tough. But I had my buddy help me.
