I'm not sure if i'll stay with a 32''-33'' tire so my regearing plans are on hold until i get my final lift and tire setup figured out.

 

you be maybe at 3k for 70mph..thats not that high. Will be fine. RPMs don't mean everything its engine load.

I actually agre with Ben here. But more so for the cost of a regear to go to an already stock gear configuration would be stupid. It would make sense to regear if you're doing 4.56 maybe, but more so for 4.88 and up.

I say it would be more fun to just throw down the coil for a sc

boost means..more wear and less mpgs. More moving parts=more shit to go wrong.


Not that boost is a bad idea...im just saying. Boosting+adding all the weight..not gonna save you much. You'll get horrible MPGs and won't have good low end power. You'll still have to down shift for hills.

Boost doesn't save you that much from weight.

Thats not 70mph..thats like 73. and yes..that does make a difference..

either way..your looking at 100rpm difference with 4.30s and 4.10s..

6.0 is to large for the taco engine bay and by the time you fix the problems the 6.0 has it's way to much money. Go buy a 4bt or v6 p-stroke

I wonder if a 6bt would be to long
