edit: they have 2 courses...I think 34" and up and 33" and below. The 33" and below is not so much of being hard , its who finishes the fastest...

had the cops called on me a bunch of times shooting up in private land, had hunters come out guns drawn

shit, we went shooting with kona's FBI agents, a DEA and LAPD SWAT guy up on my grandparents land once
like 6 cops came up, cause one of the "organic" california farmers reported a "shootout"

See I would call that better, if you can set up a range on your own land. But yeah I guess at least we have 1 public range here.. Soon to be 2! And I think 3 private ranges now?

One of the guys that runs it told me a stock 4x4 taco did the stock course. Not sure if it got damaged tho...

 

If it was last Oct. That was me. A Wrangler with tires and a 3in went through the intermediate course fine. But on the hard course I saw a 4 runner like Jesse's lay on its side

Iven...I saw a welding Demo tent today down on Dillingham. Can't remember the manufacturer, but they had a big tent set up with products... Wonder if they are there tomorrow

 

He did have a cage. Only damage was a dent. They winched him
Over and he kept on Truckin.

Airgas had a demo tent for all of they're stocked welders

 

Airgas/gas pro usually stocks miller welding machines. Air liquide is the distributor for tweco. The miller 3 in 1 is about $2500. The tweco is around $700-$1000 and has 3 year warranty. Got good reviews. I can get company discount from either store
Unfortunately they both closed weekends. So I guess I will prep everything this weekend, and grab the machine with tig package and a bottle on Monday. There is a good uboxing and overview video on you tube of the tweco fabricator. Pretty good machine for the money.
