Need to do chest and tri's today, but my lazy ass partner isn't coming. Imma hit them bitches with dumbbells so I can still go relatively heavy. Gonna stick to Spencer's superset/dropset protocol until I'm no longer sore, then I'll change it up again. Still focusing on dat dare lower chest, too. It was sore last week, so I'm attributing the lack of development there, compared to the rest of my chest, is from always doing decline and lower chest stuff at the end of my workouts, so the weight is always lower and I'm more fatigued

Good thinking on ditching the cereal. That shit is shit. haha cook up some protein pancakes or blend up a smoothie and pack it with protein, banana, and either peanut or almond butter. (or whatever else you want).

x2 I had/have a high tolerance for caffiene. I took 7 days off and a de-cycle pill that helps flush out your system. I normally get withdrawl headaches from not having caffiene but on this it didnt bother me at all.

Try using an EZ bar when doing upright rows.... if you're getting pain in your shoulder then your form may be off and the weight may be too high (make sure you have perfect posture when running and roll your shoulders back when you're at the peak of your lift)
