    How is everything always my fault. :D

    You aren't going to throw any blame for those parking lot scratches in there? Lol

    Ok that's not a problem. I think it bolts to 3 or 4 spots on each side and also pushes out on the bottom.

    So just found out they changed the order of our classes for welding... instead of going to Stick Plate next... I'll be going to Mig Plate! SWEET! anxious as it means I can work on my sliders in my free time in class...

    also means I can possibly order my welder, as i'll probably just go with a Mig machine... though the multi process machine is quite inviting... Tig... mummmm

    Hey guys, I'm on this forum all the time, I finally got around to joining. Lauren won't scare me off, sounds like you guys are pretty hilarious on here.
    Oh, and it's not purple, Lauren.
    Toyota calls it Horizon Blue Metallic.

    Well I've taken it upon myself to see it as blue, but if it floats your boat to call it purple, I won't stop you! :proposetoast: :p

    Upcoming Mountaineers meeting and trip if anybody is interested.
    Link to newsletter with the information.
    Due to Easter the club trip has been pushed back to the following Sunday the 27th.
    Highway cleanup and pancake breakfast on the 26th. Takes about an hour, great way to meet everybody one on one. The cleanup is a 2 mile section of the Poudre Canyon, 4 groups take a half mile each. As this is the start/base of the canyon we find lots of neat stuff that people chuck out or drop when they stop, including money, cell phones, and a working GPS one year.

    See what you guys are doing? Now he's blaming me for things I didn't say! LOL

    Now I can blame Sam! vvvv

    Mine is Cool Steel Metallic, his is Horizon Blue Metallic, and Mr. Optimist is Pewter Pearl

    But IMO if we stood mine and both the Sams trucks next to each other....
    96= silver/blue
    98= silver/blue/purple
    99= blue/purple

    My color was also made in 97, same paint code 926, but was named Lavender Steel Metallic.

    Reference: http://www.toyotareference.com/tacoma/1995-2004

    My engine bay is legit purple so I know it's in there LOL

    Visual time! In order.
