Yup, if I get my series 6, 66, and 7 plus my CFA and CFP I gain so much more business. I'm technically an independent contractor among 30+ others under my "boss" and they have all been working longer than I have but if I get those certifications they all bring business to me. By getting those I will no longer have to find business it will pretty much be given to me. Every client they have that they cant help, or that they have helped but they want more investments, they give to me. Should work out pretty well in the end

I'm 29 and look back and say, damn I spent five years with one girl when I could have been having fun getting it out of my system so that I'd be ready to be settled down at 29

It should be. In about 2-3 years (after I graduate and get those certifications)(if sales stay within the average of the past 25 years) I should be able to open up my own office and work with anyone that comes in. So 2-3 years after college I'll be a CFA, CFP (potentially since you need 6000 hours of work experience first) and own my own financial consulting firm doing investments, retirement accounts, mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, etc

Lol not 3 weeks ago I thought I was going back to school. But after finding out how much potential there is with my business just by getting a few certifications and licenses I decided to put everything into it to see if I could get what I want out of it.

Do y'all know what the service interval for the 1st gen auto trans is? I have all the service records for my truck but they say green service instead of what was done.

I was quoted $90 for a flush and $45 for a drain and fill, I'm inclined to go with the flush. Thought? Opinions?
