I am looking to make my truck faster, I'm not trying to break bank over here but something small that may have some power. I already have a K&N Performance Intake, and a Jet Performance MAF. Does anyone have any other ideas or parts that would help?

The k & n is doing nothing for your truck. The only way to really make any extra power is buy a supercharger.

It's 6000 pounds and shaped like a brick, how fast do you want it to go without breaking the bank?

Won't be faster because thankfully we have limiters, but she can be quicker. Any big gains will be pricey tho. Do u have a magic number in mind in terms of a budget and or power?

Too easy..... Cant throw stuff in the back without opening a door

    ewwwwww......... I H8 K&N's lack of filtration.

One day I need to find the pics of my MAF after running a POS K&N drop in for a couple hundred dusty miles.

OME 886x and 5100's all the way around. Toytec AAL. Phillips x-treme vision headlights. 886 reverse lights. Borla exhaust. 20% tint. Hi 6 mod. 285/65/18 Nitto TG on 18" Moto Metal 955's. Airaid intake. Scanguage2.JBA LT's.GC Grill..more to come.
If you do get any kind of aftermarket filter get an oil-less or you'll cover your new MAF in oil and you'll be back to square one. Intake and exhaust will help your truck breathe better but gains will be minimal. Thanks to Toyota being stingy with releasing their coding info to the aftermarket, there really isn't much we can do other than a S/C for power.

EDIT: I just realized you already have a K&N...might want to ditch it

Go back to stock, then check out URDUSA.com for their supercharger, intake, exhaust and electronic goodies. Might want to give you wallet a heads up that it'll be getting a swift kick in the nuts first.

Seat covers, weather tech digi fit, bug deflector, plasti dip wheels, magnaflow muffler, and many more to come!.. as soon as i get money. Ill probably go broke typing this...
The quickest means of acceleration would be to remove the plastic bed and bolt on two f-22 raptor thrusters. In the mean time, you could drop 5k on a supercharger then have ALMOST as much power as a weak v8. You want to go fast trade it in on a wrx. They have a turbo bruh. :D

I like the idea of stripping the truck down for increased speed. I bet it's cheaper to get gains LOL
